Joan directs client communications and business development. As Technician Team Manager. She, Joan oversees Data Impeccable staff responsible for onsite repairs and telephone support.
She also manages office accounts, and vendor and supplier contacts including purchasing. Although Joan does not offer technical support, she ensures that client requests are handled with speed and effectiveness.

Tony handles first line support for clients that require immediate and focused attention. He ensures that all work being requested is recorded, resolved, and followed up. For complex issues that cannot be adequately handled over the telephone, Tony schedules site visits to solve problems and implement workable, lasting solutions.
As a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Tony bring a solid record of IT experience – over 7 years in the IT industry plus over 10 years in as project leader and manager.

Bogdan brings a wealth of knowledge to Data Impeccable. His speciality is network support but clients benefit from his deep and extensive IT experience across many areas.
Bogdan has a BA in Electronics and Telecommunications in addition to multiple IT certifications including: Microsoft Certified Professional, CompTIA A+ Certification, Hewlett-Packard Accredited Platform Specialist, Dell Certified Systems Expert and Multiple Brainbench Certifications.

Owais is our junior web developer/technical specialist, providing web development and maintenance. He also provides assistance to other team members on various technical issues.
His areas of expertise are web design and development. He specifically focuses on conforming to latest web standards. Owais studied computer science at Ryerson University in Toronto.
